Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached – just like you’d expect when inspecting stable equipment.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items:
- Personal horse care products (brushes, grooming tools, etc.) that have been used
- Custom-fitted riding gear
- Opened feed or supplement products

- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Pack Your Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging if possible, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our stable headquarters at the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
