We saddle up quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to get your equestrian gear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Return & Exchange Basics
- 15-day window: Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Original condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags attached
- Non-returnable items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used personal horse care products (brushes, grooming tools, etc.)
- Custom-fitted riding gear
- Opened feed or supplement products

2. Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send return instructions.

Use the original packaging if possible, including all tags and accessories.

Important: For international returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method through your local postal service. Duties and taxes on international returns are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your horse care products or stable equipment arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
